1. Guide to register for a visit

1.1 Pre-register to visit:

Please register on the official system of VIETSHRIMP 2023 according to the following steps to check-in quickly and conveniently:

– Step 1: Access the link https://vietshrimp.net/visitor-registration/

– Step 2: Fill in the registration form

– Step 3: Submit form – After submitting the form successfully, there will be a confirmation email to your personal email with QR CODE included

– Step 4: Present the QR CODE at the check-in counter and receive an entrance ticket from the organizing committee

1.2 Register to visit directly:

In addition to the online registration form, the organizing committee also has a registration form for customers to visit at the fair:

– Step 1: At the organizing committee counter, you will receive the registration form

– Step 2: Fill in the registration form and send it back to the organizing committee

– Step 3: Get the pass and visit the fair

1.3 Register by QR code:

At the registration counter, the organizing committee provides QR CODE for customers to register faster when you have not registered previously:

– Step 1: Use your phone to scan the QR CODE at the registration counter

– Step 2: Fill in the registration form

– Step 3: Receive QR CODE sent to your email

– Step 4: Present the received QR CODE at the check-in table. Get the pass and visit the fair

1.4 For group visitors

Team leader please contact the representative of the organizing committee. At the group registration counter, please present the list of participants to receive the pass to visit the fair.

  1. Regulations for customers

– Tickets to the fair are completely free so visitors please fill in the registration form completely. The organizing committee chargres.

– Not to cause disturbances or incite disturbances to disrupt security, cause damage or affect other people and property at the fair.

– Dress appropriately and politely; do not wear shorts, tank tops…

– All kinds of weapons, explosives, toxic substances are strictly prohibited when visiting the fair.

– Pets are not allowed in the exhibition, unless approved by the organizing committee.

– Children under 12 years old need to be accompanied by a guardian.

For security reasons, the organizing committee VIETSHRIMP 2023 reserves the right to refuse unsuitable visitors without explaining the reason.
