Organizier of VietShrimp Aquaculture International Fair (VietShrimp 2018 – Innovate to succeed) held a press conference to introduce the program. Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang, Chairman of the Vietnam Fisheries Association, Head of the Organizer said, continuing the success of the first VietShrimp Aquaculture International Fair 2016 (VietShrimp 2016), contributing to bringing the Vietnamese shrimp industry closer to the target of 10 billion USD by 2025 under the direction of the Prime Minister; Bac Lieu Provincial People’s Committee, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and Vietnam Fisheries Association continue to deploy VietShrimp for the second time in 2018 (VietShrimp 2018) with the theme “Innovation to success”.

VietShrimp 2018 is expected to attract more than 200 booths of domestic and international units with many areas such as seed, feed, nutrition, probiotics, veterinary drugs, machine equipment, service, logistics … of shrimp industry in particular and aquaculturein general. Besides, in the framework of VietShrimp 2018, there are international conferences on processing technology of Vietnamese shrimp industry to provide more information, knowledge, techniques and technological solutions in the shrimp industry in particular and aquaculture sector in general.

VietShrimp 2018 will not only a place for businesses closer to customers, promote products; farmers can experience products that ensure quality, origin, solutions to overcome environmental difficulties, diseases, breeds, food …; But it also has great significance for scientists to reconsider products under the impact of science – technology in the past time. Along with that, 2018 VietShrimp is also an opportunity for Vietnam to promote the image of Vietnamese shrimp, one of our strong products to friends all over the world.

VietShrimp 2018 will take place from 27 – 29 April 2018, at Cao Van Lau Theater, Hung Vuong Square, Ward 1, Bac Lieu City, Bac Lieu Province.
